01 Will I receive an email confirmation at the time of booking?
Yes we will send you an confirmation email along with an WhatsApp massage within 24hours of booking. If you did not hear from us please check that you have provided us the correct details and check your spam and junk folders as well , as they sometimes end up in there. If everything is correctly checked from your end and no problem appears, please notify us once that time limit has passed.
02 When I will receive the driver details?
We will send you the Booking confirmation and driver details email a day before your journey. The email will include the date and time, pick up and drop off address you have provided, the name, contact number, vehicle registration number,model of the driver and car.
03 Can I make any amendments after confirming the booking?
We will always ask to check your details properly before you confirm the booking. However due to any circumstances such as flight delayed , diverted, cancelled or if you need to make any other changes please notify us via email and direct calls at least 8 hours before your journey . A written affirmation is needed to be classed as accepted otherwise you will be charged for full payments and if any additional charges are applicable.
04 Will my flight be monitored?
Yes our driver will monitor your flight and contact you as soon as the flight lands. Please turn on your phone and maintain the communication with the driver.
05 Do I need to pay any additional charges for meet and greet service?
In general all our Corporate account customers get the facility of Meet and greet with name boards. We can do the same for our customers without any extra charge, on demand. Please inform us via email by the time of making booking. Without any confirmation from us it will not be valid.
06 Where the driver will meet at the airport?
Our driver will wait for you at the pickup and drop off point. However on request they can meet on your requested place. Please send us an email or call us directly to have this facility but once you are at the airport please maintain the communication with the driver.
07 What payment options are available?
We have varieties of payment options such as pay directly to the driver via Debit Card/ credit card or Cash. We can also send you the payment link before your journey. Please inform us via email your preferred method of payment.
08 Are there any card processing fees or booking fees to pay?
The best part of our company that there is no hidden charge for any service. We do not take any fees using the card facility neither we charge you extra for making the booking.
09 Are there any charges for multiple pick up and drop off?
Yes there will be additional charges for such services. Prices depends on mileage, please contact us via email and direct call, so that we can assist you and provide the best service.
10 Can I make last minute booking?
We can provide you the service on emergency situations, which is subject to availability. Please call us directly at least 7 hours before you need the vehicle. As much time we will have best for us to arrange the proper service for you.
11 Can I book for local service?
Yes we do local taxi with our executive vehicles. Subject to availability. The price starts from £40. Please contact us directly if you need the top quality service.
12 How many luggage can I carry?
This depends on your chosen vehicle, please contact us and we will help you to choose the right vehicle to make your journey as comfortable as possible.
13 Can I request a child seat?
Yes we do provide the service against an additional charge. Subject to availability. Please contact us via email or phone call. Without any confirmation email from us it will not be available.
14 What if you allocate a different driver after the driver details been sent out?
In some uncertain situations such as vehicle breakdown, drivers illness, extreme traffic delays or weather conditions, we might send a different driver. In such circumstances we will always notify you by email. Please turn on your mobile as soon as you land, to receive any such updates.
15 Can I smoke?
We are sorry to inform you that, this facility is not available. Please avoid smoking inside the vehicle.
16 Which fleets are available?
We have verities of Executive vehicle which includes Mercedes, BMW and Audi.
17 How does the car gets maintained?
All our vehicles are highly maintained. Drivers and vehicles are always checked if everything is updated.
18 What to expect if my call is not answered?
Your call is really important to us. Due to high volume of calls our operators might be busy to attend your calls. But we will return the call to you as soon as possible.
19 Can I ask for special services?
We can help you with some special services. If any elderly people needs special help for dropping them inside the airport or collecting them, you can totally rely on us. Please inform us via email at the time of booking.
20 Is there any additional charges for night time?
Yes, there will be night rate charge applied to your booking between the hours of 11pm and 5am, please contact us directly for price.
