The route we take

We take the M1 south to junction 6A and join the M25 heading west. For Terminals 2 and 3 we come off at junction 15 and run up the M4 spur into the central area. For Terminal 4 and Terminal 5 we use junction 14 and come in from the south side, which avoids the tunnel queue at busy times.

We also collect for Heathrow from towns around Milton Keynes, including Buckingham, Stony Stratford, Leighton Buzzard and Silverstone. Each town page shows the fare from there, or see every area we cover.

  • Terminal 2
  • Terminal 3

Meet and greet in arrivals

Coming home, your driver parks in the official short stay car park for your terminal and waits in the arrivals hall with a name board. Meet and greet is free on request. The airport pickup charge is shown at booking, not added later.

Flight tracking and delays

We watch your flight number from the moment it leaves. If it lands an hour late, your driver arrives an hour later. You are not charged for an airline running behind.

Luggage

The E-Class takes up to 3 large cases or 2 extra large ones, which suits a couple on a long haul trip. For a family with big cases, the Vito Tourer takes up to 10 large cases and 8 passengers.

Questions about this route

How long does it take from Milton Keynes to Heathrow?

Usually about 1 hour 15 minutes. Friday afternoons and the M25 around junctions 16 to 14 can add time, so for early departures we build in a margin when we set your pickup.

Which Heathrow terminals do you cover?

All of them: Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5. Tell us your airline or terminal when you book and we drop you at the right door.

Do you track my flight?

Yes. Your driver follows the live arrival time and adjusts the pickup, so an early or late landing is handled without you needing to call.

Where do I meet my driver at Heathrow?

In the arrivals hall of your terminal, holding a name board, if you choose meet and greet. Otherwise we text you the car park and bay once you land.
