What counts as long distance
Anything outside our local area, usually a run of an hour or more. Most of our long trips go to the big cities, the northern airports, the ports and London, but we drive to anywhere on the UK mainland.
A fixed price, not a meter
We work out the price before you travel and that is what you pay. If the M6 grinds to a halt at Birmingham, that is our problem, not yours.
One driver for the whole trip
No changing cars halfway. The driver who collects you is the one who drops you off, and on a long run they will stop at a services whenever you want a break.
Comfortable over the miles
Our fleet is all Mercedes, with leather seats, climate control and room to stretch out. On a three hour trip you can sleep, work or just watch the motorway go by.
Business travel between offices
A lot of our long distance work is staff going between sites, or a team heading to a client meeting. You can take calls in the back and arrive ready to work. Companies can pay on a corporate account with monthly invoicing.

Questions
Is the price fixed for long journeys?
Yes. We agree the price before you travel and there is no meter running. Roadworks or a slow motorway do not change what you pay.
Is there a discount for a return journey?
Return prices depend on how long you are away and whether the driver waits or comes back for you. Ask for a return when you book and we quote both legs together.
Will the driver wait for me?
Yes, if you need them to. For a meeting or a day trip, our hourly hire keeps the car and driver with you for as long as you book, from two hours up to a full day.
How are tolls and the Congestion Charge handled?
Where a route uses the London Congestion Charge, the Dartford Crossing or the M6 Toll, the charge is shown in your quote at booking. Nothing is added afterwards.
